Hi Simon, I have thoroughly tested this on MySQL 8.0.29 as I don’t have 8.0.28 readily available. I was not able to replicate the issue. A couple of further questions to help us assist: 1. Have you attempted to disable all plugins except for MasterPress to see if there is a plugin conflict? It will help if we switch communication via email – please contact me via our support email: support@masterpressplugin.com. If you require priority support (where we prioritise your request over current projects), this is available to Developer License holders – you might like to consider upgrading. If you want us to look into it deeper, providing access to files via SFTP and/or creating a user account for us would be a huge help. Cheers, |
