WOOF :: is_child_of( Mixed $object )

Returns:

A synonym for the WOOF::child_of, to checks if the current WordPress WOOF::object is a child of the given object.

Note: this will only return meaningful results if the current object is a post or term (and the post type / taxonomy is hierarchical respectively).

Example:

Parameters:

  • Mixed $object

    Either a WOOF_Term or WOOF_Post object, an integer id for an object, or a post / term slug.

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
