MEOW_Term :: posts( Arguments $args = array() )

Returns:

Overrides the WOOF_Term::posts method to allow posts related to this term via a Related Term field to be included if the “regard field terms” setting is activated. See the MEOW::regard_field_terms method for more details.

Important Note: This method does not currently return a list of posts ordered or filtered in the way that the $args parameter should dictate, since this is rather difficult to do. There are a number of methods in WOOF_Collection that can help with ordering results after you have run this query.

Example:

Parameters:

  • Arguments $args = array()

    An arguments array or string further clarifying the query used to retrieve the matching posts, with defaults:

    • orderby => “date”
    • order => “desc”
    • posts_per_page => -1
    • post_type => “any”
    • tax_query => The taxonomy query to match the other arguments provided (enforced)

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
