WOOF_Wrap :: debug( Arguments $args = array() )

Returns:

  • String A string containing a dump of the data within the object. If pre=1 in the $args parameter (default), this will be wrapped in an HTML pre tag to preserve formatting.

A very useful base method for all objects, to output a more usable dump of the data inside an API object. In this API, this will be a much better way than using var_dump or print_r on your objects, as these will often yield very verbose and hard to decipher results of nested objects.

Note: the data that this method outputs is not representative of the structure of the object you’re dealing with – this is by design, since that structure can sometimes be obtuse in this API.

Example:

Parameters:

  • Arguments $args = array()

    An arguments string or array supporting the following params:
    * pre: 0 or 1, whether to wrap the output in an HTML pre tag – default 1 (true)

MasterPress 1.4.1 is now available

27th May 2024

This update addresses backwards compatibility issues that were introduced in the previous update. There were some edge cases where PHP 7 had issues and it didn’t work at all on PHP 5.6. We have now changed it so that the PHP 8 compatibility changes will now only affect PHP 8 and will be more thorough…

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
