WOOF_PostType :: top_latest( Integer $count = 1, Arguments $args = array() )

Returns:

MEOW_Post A post object representing the latest post, if count is 1
WOOF_Collection of MEOW_Post A collection of the latest posts, if count is greater than 1.

A preset on the WOOF::latest method, to retrieve the latest 1 or more posts from this post type that are at the top level of the hierarchy (have no parents).

Example:

Parameters:

Integer $count = 1

The number of posts to retrieve.
Arguments $args = array()
An arguments array or string compatible with get_posts to further clarify the query used to retrieve, with defaults:
- orderby => “name”
- order => “asc”
- numberposts => the value of $count (enforced, cannot be changed)
- post_parent => 0 (enforced, cannot be changed)
- post_type => the name of this post type (enforced, cannot be changed)

MasterPress 1.3.6 is now available

Masterpress 1.3.6 is a compatibility release. It resolves an edge case with shared fieldsets not working for MySQL 8 when the fieldset is limited to more than 1 post type or taxonomy or excluding any post types or taxonomies.

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
