WOOF :: __get( String $name )

Returns:

  • Mixed The result of the call, if something was found.
  • WOOF_Silent An object for silent failure, if nothing was found.

Implements PHP’s __get magic method to provides a number of clever handlers for the unknown property access. The $name of the unknown property will be used to look for the following things in this order:

  • If $name is the plural form of a post type name, it will return a WOOF_PostType object for that post type. (example, line 5)
  • If $name is the plural form of a taxonomy name, it will return a WOOF_Taxonomy object representing that taxonomy (see example, line 10).
  • Next, it will try to call a method named $name on the current wordpress object, given by object.

Note: this method is not intended to be called directly.

Example:

Parameters:

  • String $name

    The name of the unknown method call.
