WOOF :: child_theme_url( String $file, Boolean $timestamp = true, Boolean $root_relative = true )

Returns:

A preset on the WOOF::theme_url to returns a URL to a file or folder within the directory of the active theme, but forced to regard only the child theme folder. This is a highly useful method for outputting stylesheets and scripts in the head of your templates, as it can also add timestamps for the URLs by default. .

Example:

Parameters:

  • String $file

    A file or folder path relative to the active theme directory.

  • Boolean $timestamp = true

    Whether to add a timestamp to the end of the URL as a querystring. Note: timestamps are not added for directory paths. Timestamps help prevent aggressive browser caching by creating a URL that includes the date the file was last modified, which is generally seen as a unique request if the file has changed.

  • Boolean $root_relative = true

    Whether to make the URL root-relative (removes the domain and protocol).

MasterPress 1.3.8 is now available

16th December 2022

MasterPress 1.3.8 is a bugfix release. Fixed a bug where MB, KB, and GB were being converted to bytes incorrectly via WOOF file functions. Fixed a bug where transparent images were losing their transparency on resize.

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
