MPFT_DatePicker :: value_for_set( Mixed $value )

Returns:

  • String The date in the correct format for database storage.

Overrides the MPFT::value_for_set method to allow DatePicker fields to be assigned a value in a number of different formats. 

  • An integer timestamp – this could be the output of the PHP time function for example, or some operation on that value.
  • A string representing the date, parsed by the very smart PHP strtotime function

Plugin Requirements

MasterPress requires a minimum of WordPress version 4.9, MySQL 5.6, and PHP version 5.6.20.

We also recommend that PHP is configured to use a memory limit of 64MB per request (128MB may be required for sites with higher complexity).

This plug-in is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
